Welcome
Welcome
On my new website, designed for all ambitious piano enthusiasts, you can be either a pianist or a lover of my piano music.
You probably found your way here from my YouTube Channel or are already a member of my Piano Academy.
It's also possible that you are solely interested in my piano music and wish to listen to and enjoy it. For all of you, we have created this website. My initial thought was to make this site accessible to everyone, featuring sheet music videos and musical content.
Only if you actively want to learn piano or have access to the sheet music of my entire piano repertoire, you can become a member of my community.
The focal point of all my activities has been my YouTube Channel for years, where I primarily release all my pieces and tutorials in the form of sheet music videos. Many users learn from these videos, and some have enthusiastically shared how they learned to read sheet music through my videos.
So, it seemed natural to structure the website similar to YouTube. Initially, the website will be open to everyone, providing sheet music videos and musical content. Only if you want to actively learn piano or access sheet music for my entire piano work, you can become a member of my community.
Let me briefly explain the structure of the website:
When you arrive at the homepage, you will notice a layout similar to YouTube, showcasing the arrangement of videos based on their release dates. Here, you can quickly preview all the videos without having to dive into the details of each workshop. You are likely familiar with the user-friendliness of YouTube, including occasional advertisements.
As you know, with YouTube Premium, you can completely remove ads, but that decision is entirely up to you. On this website, you can download all sheet music, MIDI files, and other related materials.
If you wish to explore a workshop further, click the "Read More" button, and inside, the page will be completely ad-free. I use my Vimeo account to play the videos here.
In the menu, you can select various categories, with the most important ones being "Easy Piano," which is currently being expanded, and "My Piano Music," which includes all my original pieces and arrangements from the last few years. These are very close to my heart, and you can discover many treasures here.
An exception to this is "My Best Covers" category, which enjoys significant popularity and is played within the website using YouTube.
As for the sheet music of the cover titles, I sell them exclusively through musicnotes.com, and you can find the link for each title there. Unfortunately, German copyright and publishing law do not allow any other solution.
A word about the technical aspects:
From experience, I know that there can often be technical problems with downloading, playing, and printing sheet music, causing significant issues.
In my workshops, you can generally download PDFs for the sheet music, MIDI files for specific applications like Synthesia and sequencing, MP3s for audio recordings, and .zip files, which are like CD and songbook packages, as well as Logic Sessions.
MIDI files, in particular, have somewhat fallen out of use in recent times, but they can be used for fantastic things in the learning process with programs like Synthesia or MIDI players.
As there have been many problems in this area, I plan to create tutorials and FAQs on these topics in the near future.
The goal is to ensure that the website is consistently easy and smooth to navigate, as its purpose is to allow you to listen to and learn piano music without any stress.
