I wrote Melody for bad Days on March 31, 2020, at the beginning of the Corona crisis.

There were no more classes and everyone was at home. It was quite a strange mood and so I sat at the piano and played this melody. There was variation after variation and so it has become quite long, but the mood expresses that despite this gloomy situation you can still get something positive out of the day.

So it's the tune for bad days and I hope it helps you too.
