The year 2020 is certainly one like none of us have ever experienced. During the shutdowns, there was, of course, plenty of time to spend at the piano, but the loss of communication and the inability to meet many people for the first time also brought feelings of loneliness.
For this reason, I have deliberately arranged this album to be somewhat quieter and more reflective. There are positive days but also difficult ones, and the music on this album reflects both.
I have tried to make all the songs playable, but naturally, there are parts that are a bit more challenging.
Now, all the sheet music includes chord symbols, so you can quickly check the piece on YouTube or even play along with someone who may not be very skilled at reading sheet music!
I have made every effort to arrange the pieces for the best possible piano sound, yet they remain:
truly playable and suitable for all piano players.
