During a studio session in 2017, the idea of recording a beautiful slow blues emerged. Throughout the creative process, the lyrics were inspired by the birth of my first grandchild, an extraordinary and moving experience.

It's simply fascinating how the band brings this blues to life with passion and dedication. I had the pleasure of fulfilling my wish for Dietmar to record his enchanting Hammond B3 solo at Martin Ernst's studio in Erftstadt. His playing gives the song a unique atmosphere, captivating listeners from start to finish. He also accompanies Markus during his guitar solo, which sounds exactly how a perfect blues guitar solo should sound. The two musicians complement each other wonderfully, creating a harmonious sonic landscape that captivates the listener.
